Working visit to the Council of Europe

During the World Forum for Democracy, Alain Berset makes a working visit to the Council of Europe. He meets the President of the European Court of Human Rights, Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, with the Swiss judge Helen Keller present.

He meets young Forum delegates at the European Youth Centre, and visits the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines (EDQM), which manages the European Pharmacopoeia. He hands the Secretary General, Marija Pejčinović Burić, the instrument of ratification of the Faro Convention on the Value of Cultural Heritage for Society, then meets her. He then sees the President of the Parliamentary Assembly, Liliane Maury Pasquier.

• Meeting and lunch with Liliane Maury Pasquier, President of the Parliamentary Assembly
