150 years of the Swiss Band Association
1 September 2012
Alain Berset speaks at the ceremony marking the 150th anniversary of the Swiss Band Association in Aarau. He links the date to that of the federal state: music societies have grown at the same pace as modern Switzerland.
He salutes their role in music education for young people, three weeks before the vote on the constitutional article.
