Exhibition “Anne Frank and Switzerland” at the Swiss National Museum

Alain Berset speaks at the opening of the exhibition “Anne Frank und die Schweiz” at the Swiss National Museum, produced with the Anne Frank Fonds in Basel. There he talks with Fishel Rabinowicz, Holocaust survivor and artist.

His speech links two turning points: the war in Ukraine and the passing of the last witnesses of the Holocaust. He asks everyone to take up the task of remembrance, with a critical view of Switzerland’s role during the Second World War, notably its refugee policy.
