Von Wattenwyl talks

The first Von Wattenwyl talks of the year. Alain Berset leads the Federal Council delegation, with Doris Leuthard, Ignazio Cassis and Federal Chancellor Walter Thurnherr, facing the party and parliamentary group leaders of the CVP, FDP, SP and SVP.
Ignazio Cassis presents the decisions of 31 January on European policy; the discussion covers the scope of a possible institutional agreement and the dynamic adoption of EU law. Doris Leuthard sets out the future of the electricity market and the idea of a strategic reserve. The Federal Council repeats the urgency of Tax Proposal 17.
