Alt. +1000 photography festival
1 September 2019
Alain Berset opens the mountain photography festival Alt. +1000, at the Grand-Cachot-de-Vent farm in the La Brévine valley.
He points out the paradox: showing melting glaciers in a region that celebrates the cold every year with its Fête du froid. Photographers, he says, remind us of the traces humans leave on the mountains.
