Swiss Banking Day

Alain Berset speaks at the Swiss Banking Day of the Swiss Bankers Association. With humour, he explains the trust the Federal Council enjoys by the small size of its lecterns: “too small to fail”.
Then, seriously: trust is earned through complicated and reliable political processes. And Swiss stability comes at the price of a certain deliberate slowness: “wir arbeiten hart an unserer Langweiligkeit!”
