Alain Berset speaks at the 25th anniversary of the Swiss Labour Assistance (OSEO) in Fribourg, which works in professional integration.
He sets two figures against each other: Switzerland at the top of the rankings for average wealth, and 7% of the population, or 600,000 people, below the poverty line. Exclusion from the labour market remains a major risk of poverty.
