Employers’ Day 2016

At the Employers’ Day of the Swiss Employers’ Association, Alain Berset speaks about ageing, the integration of older workers and the Old-Age Provision 2020 reform, then under debate in Parliament.

“Woran man in der Schweiz eine erfolgreiche Reform erkennt: Daran, dass am Schluss alle GLEICH unzufrieden sind.” He also reminds employers that pay inequality between women and men is “inakzeptabel”.
