“Culture without barriers!”

At the Zentrum Paul Klee, Alain Berset opens the day organised by the Federal Bureau for the Equality of People with Disabilities, the Federal Office of Culture and Égalité Handicap on access for people with disabilities to cultural life. He follows a “choir of complaints”: “Receiving complaints is the daily lot of every Federal Councillor. But in song, that is something new.”
His thesis: people with disabilities must not only have access to culture, they must be able to shape it. He cites the Beweggrund company.
