German-speaking social affairs ministers and cultural protocol with Austria

At the invitation of the Austrian minister Alois Stöger, the social affairs ministers of Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland meet in Vienna on work in the digital age and its effects on social insurance. Alain Berset stresses that training will not be enough: social insurance must remain robust.
The ministers decide to meet every year. Alain Berset invites them to Switzerland in 2017.
On 18 November, he signs a memorandum of understanding on cultural cooperation with Thomas Drozda, Austrian Minister of Culture: publishing, cultural participation, film.
