Opening of the 28th Fribourg International Film Festival

Alain Berset opens the FIFF, two years after his last visit. He sums up the opening film, devoted to the Bhopal disaster, in a tweet, and from there speaks about the acceleration of modes of communication.

The thread of the speech: “cinema does politics”. The Fribourg festival shows perspectives on the world from elsewhere.
