Opening of the Geneva International Film Festival
3 November 2017
Alain Berset opens the 23rd edition of the Geneva festival, which this year swaps the name Festival tous écrans for GIFF.
He makes light of it: “Personally, I have nothing against Shakespeare”, but all the same, coming from the homeland of Rousseau “and very nearly of Voltaire”.
