Swiss Goûts et Terroirs fair

Alain Berset speaks at the Swiss Goûts et Terroirs fair in Bulle. “Terroir naturally marks a sense of belonging. But taste sets people apart even more, for taste is a private matter.”
He lets slip that he has “some – rare – disagreement” with the fair’s president, on public health issues linked to products “so delicately intoxicating”. Then he talks about the emblem of the Bénichon: the cuchaule and its mustard.
