Working visit to Mexico: three agreements signed

Alain Berset makes a working visit to Mexico. With the Minister of Culture, María Cristina García Cepeda, he signs two agreements: one on film co-productions, the other on the transfer of cultural property, against illicit trafficking. With the Minister of Education, Aurelio Nuño Mayer, he signs a third agreement, on bicultural schools, at the Swiss School of Mexico City.

President Enrique Peña Nieto and Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray Caso receive him together. He also sees the ministers of finance and of health.

At the Swiss School, he says: “Die Schweiz – ja, was ist sie eigentlich?” Some 5,500 Swiss live in Mexico; Swiss companies employ 32,000 people there.
