National conference on the integration of people with disabilities: third day

The National Conference comes to a close. Social partners, cantons, organisations of people with disabilities, insurers and doctors adopt a joint declaration: integration into the labour market is a task for society as a whole, and the wish of people with disabilities to work must be heard.

Alain Berset opens the day with Swiss pragmatism: in 1946, when the weather turns bad on Lake Geneva, General Guisan lends Winston Churchill one of his tents, in which he paints.
