25 years of the Fourchette verte label

In Fribourg, Alain Berset celebrates 25 years of Fourchette verte, the label for balanced catering that was born in the canton.
He cites the national menuCH survey: in Switzerland, 41% of adults and 19% of children are overweight, and about 2.2 million people suffer from non-communicable diseases.
