Opening of the Swiss Taste Week

Alain Berset opens the Swiss Taste Week. He recalls that until recently he himself championed the recognition of regional products.

Taste, he says, is a chain that begins with the farmer: without good produce, no great cooking. “Global kochen, lokal essen”. The speech shares two paragraphs with the one at Goûts et Terroirs (entry 54).
